1. A deck of cards is borrowed and shuffled by a spectator.

2. A card is freely chosen and signed by another spectator.

3. The signed card is lost in the deck, which the magician places in the card case.

4. The card case is put into the inside pocket of the magician’s jacket.

5. The magician rolls up his sleeves and clearly shows both hands empty.

6. He then reaches into the back pocket of his trousers and removes a card holder.

7. The magician’s hands are genuinely empty—no gimmick, no concealed card.

8. The card holder is handed to the spectator, who opens it themselves. Inside one of the plastic sleeves is the signed card from just moments ago!
