Description
Three Card Monte by Mark Elsdon
The Ultimate Take on a Classic Con Game
Three Card Monte is one of the most iconic street scams — and it’s also become one of the most performed effects in modern close-up magic. Over the years, magicians have created countless variations of this trick, but none hit quite like Mark Elsdon’s version.
The Effect
You show your spectator three cards and give them a simple challenge:
Follow the Ace of Hearts.
It sounds easy. It looks fair. But no matter how closely they watch, no matter how many times they try — they can’t win.
The Ace is always somewhere else.
This is Mark Elsdon’s professional handling of the Monte plot — a powerful, fast-paced routine that is easy to perform and gets strong reactions every time.
What You Receive
• A custom set of gimmicked Phoenix playing cards (red-backed)
• A durable plastic wallet to protect your cards
• Printed instructions with Mark’s professional handling and tips
This is the perfect trick to carry in your pocket — always ready to amaze.
