Before Returning an Item
If possible, please inform us by e-mail before returning any item. This is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal but helps us process and assign your return more efficiently.
Packaging of Returned Goods
Please ensure that returned goods are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
If available, please use the original packaging. However, the absence of the original packaging does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please choose a shipping service of your choice and retain proof of shipment until the return has been successfully delivered to us.
Inspection of Returned Goods
Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected.
The inspection is limited to:
- completeness of the returned goods,
- obvious damage,
- signs of use exceeding what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
A normal inspection of the goods does not result in any reduction of the refund amount.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Digital Products and Downloads
For digital content that has already been provided, including PDF files, downloads, video tutorials and membership area content, no right of withdrawal exists or such right may expire early in accordance with applicable law, provided that you have expressly consented to this before access was granted.
